After Action Archive

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Who we are

After Action Archive (afteractionarchive.org) is operated by the Archive’s host, who publishes as Rosey Brief (“I,” “me,” “we”). This policy explains what information the site may collect and how it is used.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me and I will delete it.

Information you provide

If you email me or use a contact form, I receive the content of that message and any address you include, and use it only to respond.

If I later offer an email list, signup will be opt-in only. I will not put affiliate links in email or messages unless you opted in.

Automatically collected information

Like most sites, the host or CDN (currently Cloudflare) may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps) for security and reliability.

Cookies, pixels, and third parties

Pages may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site function, analytics (if enabled), and embedded or linked third-party content.

Amazon: If you follow an Amazon Associates link, Amazon may set cookies and collect data per Amazon’s own privacy policy, including to attribute referrals and purchases. I do not control Amazon’s cookies or data practices. See Amazon’s privacy notice on amazon.com.

Other third parties (for example a host, analytics provider, or video embed) may set their own cookies when their services load. Review those providers’ policies for details.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may break some features or prevent affiliate attribution.

How information is used

I do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

I may share information with service providers who host or operate the site on my behalf, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Affiliate partners such as Amazon receive referral data when you use their links, under their terms.

Retention

Technical logs are kept as long as the host retains them. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted or archived at my discretion.

Your choices

Contact me to ask what personal information I hold about you from direct messages, or to request deletion of that correspondence, subject to legal retention needs.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
